The New York Rangers and Make-A-Wish Foundation partnered up to make one hockey fan’s dream come true.

Eight-year-old Kayleigh Petersen was signed to a one-day contract with the New York Rangers at the “Garden of Dreams Night” at Madison Square Garden, making her the first female ever to be signed to the hockey team.
