The Forget the Frock Organization encourages people to put away the colorful dresses, frilly clothing and suits on Easter, and to instead opt for a t-shirt purchased through their organization.

Their mission “Forget the Frock, Dress With a Purpose,” encourages people to join the movement by putting away the typical Easter attire and “purchase a t-shirt that actually served a PURPOSE, a shirt that would feed a hungry child.”

By purchasing a t-shirt, the money used to purchase the shirt will go to the organization in need, specifically Feeding the Orphans. According to its website, “FTO is an organization founded by the then-10 year old, Sydney O’Leary, in 2010. FTO exists to advocate for the fatherless of West Africa in Jesus’ name by providing for their basic earthly needs in order to provide for their spiritual need to know Christ.”
